This program was designed and requested by members of our chamber community and is something we have been eagerly working on to offer meaningful support and growth.

Beginning with a free webinar, we will dive deep into the essentials of personal and professional growth. We’ll explore some powerful topics central to our Community Wellness Program, including the Three Empowerment Foundations:

    •   Holistic Connection: Understanding how different aspects of wellness are interconnected

About the GGCC Community Foundation:   The GGCC Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization organized in Maryland. Founded in April 2023 as an independent entity by the Board of Directors of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce, the GGCC Community Foundation seeks to “Support community engagement work relevant to the Montgomery County Upcounty small business community, with an emphasis in professional development, workforce development, and community involvement.” As part of the Chamber's Annual Public Safety Awards Breakfast, the GGCC Community Foundation has engaged in a fundraising effort for the Shop with a Cop programs led by the Gaithersburg Police Foundation and the MC Police Foundation. Join the Centered Self community for an afternoon of relaxation! Participants will engage in gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath experience. In this session, your guide will play beautifully tuned crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and other instruments to facilitate more relaxed healing states. 

Come as you are and participate as you are able. No specific experience is required to benefit from this restorative space!
