Story Tapestries, a 501c3 non-profit, is a world class network of educators, artists, community leaders and businesses who custom designs programs to fit the needs of the individuals that request our services. Our programs:
- Train and coach adults to be more effective leaders and educators
- Directly impact children through in-school and out-of-school programs
- Engage parents/caregivers and empower them with tools that bring deeper understanding
- Develop local businesses and community organizations' ability to tell their impact story
“In the last several years, thanks to assistance from funding sources, we’ve been able to offer single programs that use the talents of Story Tapestries teaching artists to use arts integration techniques to help our students and teachers grow. We’ve seen that with the specific linguistic and social struggles our children face, these methods are incredibly effective in helping students learn.”
