Hello. My name is Paul Smith and as a long term resident and homeowner in Montgomery County, I have seen firsthand the incredible changes in the Montgomery County Real Estate market - from the once non-existent Kentlands and Lakelands neighborhoods to the redevelopment of downtown Silver Spring to the emergence of the Clarksburg area to the opening of the new ICC Route 200.
I am very familiar with the local market and area, having raised my three children here all of whom attended Montgomery County Public Schools. Some folks might recognize me as I used to own and operate a small business here in the area called Bagel Capitol in the Kentlands portion of Gaithersburg.
