Student Organization under the umbrella of National DECA. Organization focuses on student clubs in Maryland and connecting them to Businesses, and other organizations to teach students about building business relationships, business growth and community service. Our Mission Statement is: DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools. We are a non-profit organization which sponsors Regional and State Competitions. Offers International competition opportunities from National DECA. Business outreach through Business Mixers, Pitch Competitions. Sports and Entertainment Marketing events through professional area sports teams. Opportunities for members to connect with all areas of business. Providing scholarships to members for college and travel opportunities. And working with community partners to increase student community service projects.
