He has an Master of Science in Finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business and a B.A. in International Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, Brad enjoys a strong connection to his community and contributes to a variety of organizations including The Rockville Chamber of Commerce, The Gaithersburg Chamber of Commerce, the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless. In his spare time he relaxes with baseball – especially his beloved Nats, football – both NFL and Fantasy, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
Julian Sisman is the founder and owner of Prepare for Performance, a fitness and sports performance training facility located in Rockville, Maryland. His passion for coaching and training emerged during his time as a college-level soccer player. He established Prepare for Performance with the primary goal of educating clients about health and fitness through personalized programs that integrate both nutrition and exercise.
Julian is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human and Sports Performance. His personal experiences, including overcoming ACL injuries and managing a chronic liver disease, have deepened his understanding of the importance of nutrition, exercise, and stress management in leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
At Prepare for Performance, Julian and his team offer a range of services tailored to both youth athletes and adults. For busy parents over 40, they provide time-efficient workouts designed to build strength, boost energy, and reduce pain, enabling clients to enjoy their favorite activities and spend more quality time with family. For youth athletes, the focus is on enhancing speed, power, and confidence to help them excel in their respective sports.
