On the operations side, the MCRA manages directly the Golf Course System and operates the Montgomery County Airpark and The Crossvines. The operated facilities generate various forms of revenue, which are used to pay for operations and to provide for improvements. Through a financing partnership with a broad range of agencies, the MCRA has supported important public purposes such as economic development, education, transportation, human services, and recreation. The revenues or the rent generated by the facilities are used by the Revenue Authority to retire the debt.

At USG we have a multitude of conference, meeting, training, event, reception and social function space. We can work with you on your smallest board meeting of 8 or your Gala dinner for 350. Perhaps you would like a theater style speaker session for 800 - we can handle that as well. We have delicious catering options, state of the art AV technology, classrooms, computer labs as well as a beautiful ballroom (which by the way is the second largest in Montgomery County at 8700 square feet). Our convenient location off of Hwy 270 and our ample parking make attending your events a breeze for your employees, clients or guests.
